1. Add-Ons & Changes
Select all add-ons before your appointment. No changes are allowed once your session begins. Missing add-ons may incur additional fees.
2. Natural Hair Requirements
Natural hair must be at least 4 inches long. Service times are estimates and may vary based on your hair length and density.
3. Timing & Prep
We include a standard 15 minute grace period for arrivals. Please ensure hair is detangled; extra density or specialized prep packages are available if needed.
4. Hair & Boho Options
Clients may provide their own boho hair. Drop-off during business hours before your appointment is recommended to save preparation time.
5. Comfort & Amenities
Complimentary beverages are served. You are welcome to bring food (microwave available); or enjoy local delivery options during your visit.
6. The Visit Experience
Quality braiding takes time; please keep your schedule open. For maximum relaxation, feel free to bring your own pillow or throw blanket.
