Service Description
Payments & Deposits: Remaining balances can be paid using cash, tap‑to‑pay, Apple Pay, or Zelle. All deposits are non‑refundable. HAIR IS NOT PROVIDED FOR FRENCH CURL BRAIDS CLIENT MUST BRING OWN HAIR Grace Period & Cancellations: A 15‑minute grace period is provided for every appointment. After 30 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Service Length Options: Waist length is included with all braid services. Extra length options such as butt length or ankle length must be added to your booking. Natural Hair Requirements: Service duration is an estimate and may vary depending on the length and density of your natural hair. Natural hair must be at least 4 inches for best results, and blunt cuts are not recommended. Comfort & Refreshments: Complimentary refreshments and drinks will be provided during your appointment, and food is allowed. For longer braid styles, bringing a comfortable blanket is recommended.

BOOKING POLICY REMINDER 1. Add-Ons & Changes Select all add-ons before your appointment. No changes are allowed once your session begins. Missing add-ons may incur additional fees. 2. Natural Hair Requirements Natural hair must be at least 4 inches long. Service times are estimates and may vary based on your hair length and density. 3. Timing & Prep We include a standard 15 minute grace period for arrivals. Please ensure hair is detangled; extra density or specialized prep packages are available if needed. 4. Hair & Boho Options Clients may provide their own boho hair. Drop-off during business hours before your appointment is recommended to save preparation time. 5. Comfort & Amenities Complimentary beverages are served. You are welcome to bring food (microwave available); or enjoy local delivery options during your visit. 6. The Visit Experience Quality braiding takes time; please keep your schedule open. For maximum relaxation, feel free to bring your own pillow or throw blanket.
