Service Description

Payments & Deposits: Remaining balances can be paid using cash, tap‑to‑pay, Apple Pay, or Zelle. All deposits are non‑refundable. Grace Period & Cancellations: A 15‑minute grace period is provided for every appointment. After 30 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Service Length Options: Waist length is included with all braid services. Extra length options such as butt length or ankle length must be added to your booking. Hair & Color Selection: Braiding hair is provided for all styles. Please select your preferred hair color or color mix when booking to ensure accuracy and availability. Natural Hair Requirements: Service duration is an estimate and may vary depending on the length and density of your natural hair. Natural hair must be at least 4 inches for best results, and blunt cuts are not recommended. Comfort & Refreshments: Complimentary refreshments and drinks will be provided during your appointment, and food is allowed. For longer braid styles, bringing a comfortable blanket is recommended. Boho Hair Policy: Boho hair can be provided for your style, or you may bring your own preferred boho bundles. If you choose to bring your own boho hair, I strongly recommend getting it to me prior to your appointment to save approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes of prep time during your service, ensuring a smoother and faster experience.
